In the morning, the students made a variety of no-bake pies and left them to chill in our kitchen. Left over filling was then taste tested for "quality control" of course!
In the afternoon, they all competed to see who could recite the first 100 digits of pi before digging into their bakes!
A huge congratulations to 6th grader Madison Jeannis, 7th graders Alma Monteiro, Albert Ward, Nana Frimpong, and Yamileth Moina, and 8th graders Aimony Erisnor, Adelise Morisset, Darren Collins, and Paida Jackson for all successfully reciting the first 100 digits of Pi!
